Practice with us!
The San Diego Dog Sports Club offers it's members the opportunity to get together to practice their skills. If you don't have time to sign up for one of our 6 week classes, our Practice sessions are a great way for you to continue to work on your skills without having to make that 6 week commitment.
Rally Obedience Practice
Prerequisites: Completion of our Rally Novice Courses, and/or at least one qualifying leg in Rally Obedience or with instructor approval.
Rally Obedience Practice is held every Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 pm, this class is a free benefit for all club members.

Participants navigate a set course with their dogs, focusing on teamwork and communication. Whether you're new to Rally or experienced, all skill levels are welcome.

Our Practice Sessions allow you to work on heeling, recalls, sits, and stays. Expect personalized feedback and tips to enhance your performance.
Beyond training, this class is a chance to connect with fellow dog lovers, share tips, and celebrate successes.

We ask that you register in advance to allow our instructor to tailor the course to your experience, from Novice-friendly to Master level courses.

Scent Work Practice
Prerequisites: Completion of our Level 1 Scent Work class, and/or at least one qualifying leg in Scent Work or with instructor approval.
Scent Work Practice is held based on instructor availability, this class is a free benefit for all club members.

Scent Work Practice is open to all club members, but we do ask that you and your dog have met the pre-requisites. Scent Work Practice is not for those dogs who have never participated in Scent Work before.
Participants are asked to register in advance, indicating the their level of scent work experience to allow for Instructors to set up the appropriate level of hides. This is a great opportunity to practice Scent Work without having to commit to a 6 week long class. Plus, it's free for all club members!
