Liability Waiver

I, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by San Diego Dog Sports Club ("the Organization") in consideration for my participation in any and all dog training sessions, classes, workshops, or events conducted by the Organization:

 

1. Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in dog training activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risk of dog bites, scratches, property damage, and personal injury to myself, other participants, or third parties.

2. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Organization, its trainers, instructors, employees, agents, representatives, or volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in the dog training activities provided by the Organization.

3. Responsibility for Dog's Behavior: I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my dog's behavior, actions, and health during the training sessions. I agree to maintain control over my dog at all times and take full responsibility for any harm caused by my dog to others or their property.

4. Assumption of Financial Responsibility: I agree to assume full financial responsibility for any injury or damage caused by my dog while attending or participating in the Organization's training sessions, classes, or events. This includes, but is not limited to, veterinary bills, medical expenses, property damage, or legal fees incurred as a result of my dog's actions.

5. Compliance with Rules and Instructions: I agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Organization's trainers or staff during the training sessions. Failure to comply may result in my immediate dismissal from the program without a refund.

6. Photo/Video Release: I consent to the use of any photographs, video recordings, or testimonials taken during the training sessions by the Organization for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.

7. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organization, its trainers, instructors, employees, agents, representatives, or volunteers from any and all claims or liabilities asserted against them as a result of any actions or behavior of myself or my dog.

 

I have read this liability waiver form carefully and understand its contents. I voluntarily and knowingly agree to the terms and conditions stated herein. I acknowledge that by signing this waiver, I am giving up substantial legal rights.
